1937 Vintage Signed and Dated Harry Leonard Lopp Framed Oil on Board Painting of Parrots

Description

This is an oil on board painting by Harry Leonard Lopp (1888 -1974). Lopp was an American painter and muralist. 

This untitled signed and dated oil on board painting is of two birds, possibly parrots, with brightly colored plumage. The painting and frame measures 19 1/2″ W and 23 1/2″ H and the board alone measures 14″ W and 18″ H. There is some wear to the frame.
