Designed by Omer Arbel, the Series 28 copper surface light by Bocci includes a blue glass bubble detailing each light is unique as the air bubbles naturally form creating slightly different sizes and shapes each time. And this design aspect only adds to each light’s individual authenticity. The blue glass and copper base make for a complementary duo that makes this light even more captivating. Crafted using a complex glass blowing technique where air is gently introduced and then removed from a glass matrix (which is heated and then rapidly cooled). With an end result of a warped spherical shape with a collection of inner layers, one of which is made of opaque milk glass and houses a low voltage lamp. Offering effective lighting to any space, the Series 28 copper surface light is ideal for interiors of an eclectic or contemporary aesthetic. Suitable for residential and hospitality use.
